A STRONG CLOSE TO SEASON Bolsters Home Sales And Values in March

March housing market data for Sarasota and Manatee Counties signals a robust close to season, reporting nearly 50 percent more sales in March than February, while inventory continued to grow and home values held steady. In Sarasota County, the median price for single-family homes increased by 8.3 percent to $528,013, the second-highest median price recorded in the county. Condos set an equally buoyant pace, increasing by 14.4 percent to a median of $423,245.
