The New Bath and Raquet Residences in Sarasota, Florida, designed by Halflants and Pichette Architects, is a modern and elegant residence located in the heart of Sarasota, Florida.  The building features a contemporary architectural design with a unique use of glass and other modern materials.

The new complex of approximately 400,000 square feet of interior space, includes 256 upscale condominiums of various sizes, distributed in four separate buildings: The courtyard, The Courtside, The Parkside, and The Poolside buildings.

Elegant architectural details are expressed throughout the complex.  In addition to its multiple amenities, the Bath and Racquet features a private meeting lounge that can be utilized exclusively by the residents of the Bath and Racquet.  To provide further convenience, selected commercial spaces will be available on the street side of the property.
