The year is racing along and the real estate market remains robust with sales of condos and townhomes in particular gaining market share - 11 percent increase in condo sales in July 2018 from July 2017! For single-family homes the market is growing at a more modest rate (3 percent year on year for July) and median sales prices have remained pretty level so far in 2018. We continue to see a seller’s market as inventory levels remain at around 4 months’ supply.
