Working with Murray Realty has exceeded my every expectation. I recently relocated to Florida from Arizona for work, and was referred to Murray realty by my employer. Due to circumstances out of my control, I was on a very rigid schedule. I had 2 days to spend in Florida searching for a new home, after which there was 1 week before I hoped to move-in. To add to the challenge, I needed to conduct most of my search from out-of-state, with no prior knowledge of the area. Murray realty team responded to emails and phone calls quickly and provided several options for me to consider. They were very attentive to finding the features that I had requested and were very knowledgeable about the area. After touring several condos and making my selection, they explained the application process and facilitated communication between both the listing agency and the condo association. They even helped expedite the paperwork so that I was able to secure the condo (which had other interested applicants) and be ready to move in on the exact date I arrived. My cross-country move could not have gone any smoother, and that was in large part due to the assistance provided by Murray Realty. I love my new condo and am really happy living here.
