Bev Murray and the team attended Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Luxury Summit in Miami. This was the perfect opportunity to network with agents from diverse markets across America. It was a great platform for sharing market insights, building referral relationships, highlighting individual listings, and promoting the Sarasota/Bradenton market to agents from tax reform states and other traditional feeder markets.

HOUSING CONFIDENCE SOARS
A new report from financial company Fannie Mae shows consumer confidence in the real estate market has never been higher. The report, called the Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HPSI), shows that it has reached the highest level since the mortgage giant has been keeping this record. READ MORE

This involves beginning work on a detailed site plan.This first section of the park is on the nine-acre strip of land that borders Boulevard of the Arts, at the southernmost end of the 53-acre waterfront property.
