SELLERS MARKET REMAINS STRONG

According to data compiled by the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), April’s real estate statistics show that we are down to 1 month of inventory, compared to 4 months this time last year. There are 65% fewer homes on the market, which shows just how much of the available inventory has been snapped up in recent weeks and months. Average sales prices were up 28 percent year on year.
