The northernmost of the beautiful barrier islands that line the gulf shores of Florida's suncoast, Anna Maria Island juts into the Gulf of Mexico and the mouth of Tampa Bay.

Of all the suncoast islands Anna Maria offers more direct water access to different areas than an other.
